概要

私たちは1995年、スコットランドに新たに設立されたアラン蒸溜所との繋がりを通してこの洋酒業界に参入しました。そして、アラン蒸溜所のウイスキーを日本に伝えることを通して私たちが『クラフト』という概念を知ることになったのです。そう、まだ『クラフト』という言葉が真に目覚める前に。人の手により大切につくられる、可能な限り最良の原料を使った、コストを顧みずに目指す味わいと香りだけを追求してつくられたもの。それが『クラフト』なのです。

Arran Single Malt starts its life as Scottish rainwater at Loch Na Davie in the hills high above the distillery.
The clear water cascades down the Easan Biorach burn through six waterfalls, each one purifying the water further.

グレンガイル蒸溜所（Glengyle Distillery）

Produced at Glengyle Distillery
Kilkerran Single Malt is produced at the historic Campbeltown distillery, Glengyle, originally founded by the Mitchell family and owned by the J&A Mitchell group since its re-build and resumption of production in 2004.

We pride ourselves on completing all parts of the whisky production process here on site, from the traditional floor maltings conducted at our sister distillery, Springbank, to the bottling of every edition at our bottling hall here in Campbeltown. Sharing a production team and calendar with the neighbouring Springbank Distillery, Glengyle has a short production period of around three months per year, typically operational from October – December.

ロッホリー蒸溜所（Lochlea Distillery）

Lochlea is an independent family owned farm and distillery based in the heart of Ayrshire, Scotland.
Here at Lochlea Distillery we distil and mature our single malt Scotch whisky using barley that we grow and harvest on the farm.

Since our inaugural whisky launch in January 2022, we have attracted a dynamic, experienced team, drawn from some of the best-known global whisky brands.

We are enjoying bringing our core product, Lochlea ‘Our Barley’ and limited edition seasonal single malts to the market for you to enjoy.

We really appreciate all the requests to come and visit the distillery, however we are not open to the public. We do not wish anyone to waste a trip and end up disappointed. No visitor centre, no shop, just our small ambitious team focused on making great whisky.

東スコットランド・ファイフ。ゴルフの聖地として名高いセントアンドリュース・ゴルフコースが所在することでも世界的に有名なこの地に、2014年キングスバーンズ蒸溜所が設立されました。この蒸溜所は長くこの地域一帯を受け継いできたウィームス家が所有・運営している家族経営の蒸溜所で、生産量は極めて少ないながらもその分細部にまでこだわったモルトウイスキーを製造しています。

ロイヤルオークでは、「バスカー シングルグレーン」の製造において、伝統と革新を融合させています。厳選した最高品質のスピリッツを使用し、アメリカ産のバーボン樽とシチリアの歴史あるカンティーナ・フローリオ1833の希少なマルサラワイン樽で熟成させます。

その結果、淡い麦わら色をした繊細なウイスキーが誕生し、甘いキャラメル、バニラ、オークの豊かな層が広がります。一口ごとにほのかな干し草のようなエッセンスが感じられ、満足感のある甘い余韻が長く続きます。
